Zwolle.io is a living experiment in collective mental health.
Our city is home to over 130,000 people — each with an inner world as complex as the systems we build together. The idea is simple: when individual minds align, cities thrive.
We focus on the mental and emotional foundations of wellbeing — the part of civic life that isn’t built from roads or policies, but from relationships, self-awareness, and inner stability.
Through guided sessions, education, and community research, we aim to help Zwolle become the healthiest mindspace it can become in the Netherlands. Over time, we’ll measure our impact using publicly available data — tracking shifts in loneliness, stress, anxiety, and meaning in life — to see how internal change translates into visible, civic improvement.
Our approach:
- Facilitation & Support — Psilocybin-assisted and non-psychedelic sessions focused on emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and alignment.
- Education & Practice — Public workshops and materials on mental clarity, communication, and self-governance.
- Data & Research — We track real metrics of collective wellbeing: psychological complaints, loneliness, perceived stress, and social trust.
- Community Integration — Helping neighborhoods, families, and teams apply the same principles that keep individuals balanced.
This is not therapy, and it’s not politics.
It’s the gentle work of making inner order visible in the outer world.
If we succeed here, it will show in the numbers — fewer people isolated, fewer conflicts spiraling, more people feeling at peace in their own heads and homes.
Zwolle.io — mental alignment as civic infrastructure.
